Appointment Times

Reservations are preferred, though not always necessary. We do recommend, however, that you always reserve your next experience prior to leaving, in order to guarantee the availability of your desired services and times in the future.

Arriving For Your Experience

Salon: Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled service, early arrival allows for check in and shampoo before your appointment time.

Spa: Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your Spa appointment This allows time to check in, fill out a short questionnaire, change and begin your personalized experience.

Undress to your level of comfort. Our therapists perform professional draping techniques to ensure your comfort during spa services. Relax and allow our staff to make your experience a memorable one.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates may be purchased in the salon or by phone, for any of our services or products. They may also be purchased in dollar amount increments. If you are the recipient of a gift certificate, please bring the gift certificate with you on your scheduled appointment. Sorry, there are no cash refunds for gift certificates. The recipient has one (1) year from time of purchase to use their gift certificate.

What to Bring

We recommend that contact lens wearers bring a storage case for their lenses. For your convenience, we provide shower facilities but request that you bring your own personal toiletries from home (please let us know when scheduling your appointment if you wish to shower). We also provide robes, towels, body shampoo, hair dryers and slippers. We ask that you inform us of any special dietary requirements when booking your spa package. We also recommend for our male clientele a close shave prior to facial appointments. For massage clients with long hair, something to hold up hair is helpful, but not a must.

Security

Artisans salonspa has made it a point in offering the client the utmost in amenities including individual lockers in the spa. However, we ask that you do not bring valuable jewelry/belongings to the spa when visiting for treatments. The establishment cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen articles.

Children

Remember this is your time and to ensure the highest quality of service and relaxation for everyone, guests under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. There are no children allowed in the Spa under the age of 12, unless receiving a service and accompanied by an adult

No Smoking

We ensure a healthy, nurturing environment for all our clients by upholding a no-smoking policy.

Returns

A refund will be issued on products purchased from Artisans salonspa within 30 days from date of purchase. State law prohibits return of brushes, brush irons and combs. (defective items may be returned)
